PCS
PCS is a DOS picture viewer for a raw picture format (RGB). A bilinar interpolation is used to stretch the picture to the view size. It is possible to provide a correction factor for the pixel aspect ratio.
This program was written with FreePascal 1.0.10 under DOS. A 32 Bit DPMI driver is required for execution of the EXE
It is possible to run the program with keyboard only, but a DOS mouse driver is adviced.
